inventive use of subtitles in the dance DVDs was really
just what is needed for the majority of scholars
worldwide who are interested in studying/
researching/writing about Kathakali but are not fluent
with the mudras--that is 99% of the people! I
congratulate you on your literal word-for-mudra
translation as well as your more literary subtitles.
