I
have used a number of the DVDs on various forms of South
Asian dance and theatre in my teaching of Indian theatre
at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Students have
commented very positively on the excellent quality of
the images, and the general beauty of the work
presented. They found the introductory text very
informative and useful. The DVDs represent an impressive
and lasting documentation of the rich heritage of South
Asian performing arts and should be part of the library
of every South Asia and performing arts scholar, teacher
and enthusiast.
